Choosing Between the Photo Tour and the Econo Package

When buyers use the Internet to shop for real estate:
        - they want to see a variety of homes and properties
        - they want detailed descriptions
        - and MOST OF ALL they want to see photos

The photos provide the all important first impression.  It follows that better photos will result in more interest in your home and a better chance of selling.  Buyers tell us all the time how they like the website and especially the photos!

It's not about having photos that show your home, it's about having GOOD photos that show your home.  Do the pictures of your home and property look inviting?  When the person in Calgary is sitting at their computer looking at your kitchen will they see something they can get excited about?

Choosing Between the Photo Tour and the Econo Package

The Photo Tour Package is when we visit and take the photos of your home and property.
The Econo Package is when you supply the photos of your home and property.
The price difference is 150 dollars (not exactly pocket change).

With the Photo Tour -

• We travel to your home.
• We don't take 6 photos and leave 10 minutes later.  We take our time, using various angles and camera settings.  We've taken thousands of photos and have the experience to know what works and what doesn't.  Exterior photos are relatively easy.  The difficult photos are usually inside the home (where you want them to look their best).
• Back at the office, we spend another hour selecting the best shots, preparing them for the website and writing descriptions for each photo.

See the difference --- Go into some listings and look at the Additional Photos.  If it says to the right of the photo "Photos by OKHomeseller" then we took the photos (and wrote the descriptions), otherwise the homeowner provided the photos (and descriptions).

If you use photos that don't showcase your home properly, you risk being "penny-wise, pound foolish".  When you compare the seven, ten or twenty thousand dollars you could pay in commission to the additional cost for us to take the photos, the 150 dollars seems more like pocket change.
