The RV is 36 ft. long with extended sides to make every room 4 ft wider. The RV exterior has been stuccoed which is really great for insulation. Inside there are laminate and marble tile floors, a large amount of clothes closet space, THREE queen sized beds, computer niche($600 USD wireless Internet ANTENNAE INCLUDED) and a new (3 years ago) STOCK ROOF-TOP air-conditioner.

Under the RV there is a small basement which is wired and plumbed for a laundry room, storage area and could even be an extra bedroom. There is an opening window.

Also under the palapa roof is a mahogany deck wrapped around 2 sides of the trailer. On the deck there is a custom made mahogany kitchen, a fully tiled shower with screened roof, a storage room, and a dinning room and living room with full sea view.

This palapa is glassed in with sliding glass doors on beachfront and French doors on roadside.

Everything necessary to live very comfortably there is included:

You can fly into Cancun. It is a 50 minute drive South on an exceptionally good road to Paamul. All Taxi drivers know Paamul. Also there is a bus to Playa del Carmen and taxi to Paamul.

Playa Del Carmen is only 15 to 20 minutes North of Paamul. Playa Del Carmen has Walmart and many other huge new stores to shop at.
